Privacy Policy
Last updated 1 August 2026.
This policy explains what information Payhub Finance International collects, why we collect it, and who it is shared with.
Information we collect
- Identity documents: passport or national ID, proof of address, ownership records.
- Business information: website, business model, expected volume, processing history.
- Financial information: bank or processor statements where underwriting requires them.
- Communication records: messages exchanged with our team during onboarding and support.
Why we use it
To assess eligibility, incorporate your entity, complete minimal KYC and AML checks, submit applications to acquiring and banking partners, provide ongoing support, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
Who we share it with
Only the parties needed to deliver your setup: the incorporating agent, the bank, the acquiring partner and the gateway provider. We also disclose information where compelled by a competent authority or court order. We do not sell, rent or trade client data, and we do not share it with marketing networks.
Retention
KYC and AML records are retained for the period required by applicable regulation, typically five years after the relationship ends. Other records are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Security
Documents are transmitted over encrypted channels and stored with access limited to staff working on your file. Card data is handled exclusively by PCI DSS Level 1 infrastructure and is never stored by us.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask for corrections, or request deletion where no legal retention obligation applies. Write to Info@Payhubfin.com.
