Terms of Service
Last updated 1 August 2026.
These terms govern your use of services provided by Payhub Finance International ("Payhub", "we", "us"). By submitting an application or paying a setup fee you accept them in full.
1. What we provide
Payhub is a payment facilitation and company formation service. Depending on the package purchased, we arrange incorporation of an offshore entity, introduce and onboard you to third-party acquiring partners, arrange a business bank account with a dedicated IBAN, provide access to a payment gateway and dashboard, and configure crypto settlement.
2. What we are not
We are not a bank, a licensed deposit taker, an investment firm or a tax adviser. Merchant accounts and bank accounts are provided by third-party institutions under their own terms. We do not control their approval decisions, risk policies or account closures.
3. Eligibility and review
All applicants are reviewed before approval. We may decline any application, and we may terminate services where a merchant provides false information, processes prohibited activity, breaches card scheme rules or exposes our partners to unacceptable risk.
4. Fees
The one-time setup fee and processing rate of 2.4% are disclosed before you commit. The setup fee includes lifetime maintenance — there is no monthly fee. Third-party costs such as wire fees, currency conversion and chargeback handling are passed through at cost.
5. Merchant obligations
- Provide accurate identity, ownership and business information and keep it current.
- Maintain a website with clear pricing, refund, contact and terms information.
- Operate within card scheme rules and applicable law in the markets you sell to.
- Cooperate with our chargeback-prevention and dispute-representment support.
6. Prohibited activity
We do not onboard sanctioned parties, illegal goods or services, human exploitation, unlicensed pharmaceuticals sold in breach of local law, fraudulent offers or any activity prohibited by our acquiring or banking partners.
7. Liability
Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you have paid to us in the preceding twelve months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost revenue arising from a third-party account suspension.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
